Employment
TOP currently serves as a delivery partner in the NE RISE programme, preparing people for employment through integration and language support, and helping them with jobsearch activity and building links with local employers.
Housing
There is a nationals shortage of suitable, low cost, social housing, and refugees often have difficulty finding somewhere suitable, especially at critical points such as when they first receive Leave to Remain in the UK.
We help people navigate the private rented sector, liaising with local landlords to facilitate solutions for all parties.
Work spaces
We have venues available across the north east that can be used by partner organisations to deliver their services, or as regular office space. our partners benefit from easy access to the many communities who access our facilities regularly, and our clients benefit from increased service provision.
